cold cathodes

I have seen tutorials on how to install cold cathodes into a XBOX before but I haven't seen any on this site yet and wondering if anyone could help me out. I have heard something aobut putting it into a bic pen but my friend wanted me to put them into his XBOX. Any help is appreciated.
