How to create a mirror of a drive

How to create a mirror of a drive C.
I mean how to create a copy of a drive for example C:. This copy can be named let say M: and the others networkusers will see it as M: drive. I should see it as the C: and M: drive and whatever I do, install or change on C: automaticly will be changed on M?

In Windows XP you can only assign one drive letter to a partition but you can mount it in as many NTFS folders as you like (this might give you some ideas http://modzone.dk/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=278 )
